A quick fix for a healthy breakfast, the egg dosa can be made very easily and relished with a great chutney.
Ingredients
2 cups dosa batter
4-5 eggs
Salt, as required
Pepper powder, as required
A pinch of turmeric
Oil for drizzling
Preparation
Keep the dosa batter ready
In a bowl, break the eggs. Add salt, pepper powder and turmeric powder
Beat well with a fork
Heat a pan, and pour a ladle of dosa batter on to the pan
Make a thin dosa
After a few seconds, pour a little of the egg mixture on the dosa and make it spread all over the dosa by lightly swivelling the pan Drizzle a tsp of oil around the dosa
When the bottom is cooked well, take off the pan, you don't need to flip it
Sprinkle pepper powder, and relish with chutney once the dosa cools
