This Italian tomato cream sauce pasta is the classiest meal to be served on a fancy dinner. A cruise-menu special, the penne pasta is made with scallops and shrimp along with delicious sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients
200 gm penne pasta
12 prawns
3 squids sliced
100 gm clam meat
100 ml fresh cream
1 fish
1 cup tomatoes, blanched and chopped
Tomato puree
1 tbsp dry oregano
1 white onion
Parmesan cheese
parsley
Garlic
Fish stock
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Preparation
Heat olive oil in a pan
Sauté garlic and onion
Add prawns, squid and clam meat and saute again
Add tomatoes and mix well
Now add tomato puree and stir well
Add fish stock, salt, pepper and stir again
Turn of the flame and keep the mix aside
Add salt and olive oil to water and bring it to a boil in a sauce pan
Add the penne pasta and cook for 8 minutes
Strain the pasta and add it to the sauce mix
Place it over low flame and mix well
Pour in the fresh cream and mix again
Turn off the stove and keep it aside
Heat olive oil in a tawa
Sprinkle salt and place a fish fillet on it
Season both sides
When both the sides are fried, turn off the stove
Place the pasta in a serving dish
Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over it
Place the fish fillet over the pasta and serve
