Potato mashed perfectly to make a covering for the spicy mix. These patties, also known as aloo patties in the northern side of the subcontinent, is found in every other food street. It's the perfect way to welcome a breezy evening that promises to bring in a few drizzles.

Ingredients
½ kg potato
¼ cup green peas, boiled
¼ cup corn, boiled
Chaat masala as required
Salt as required
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 onion, chopped
Coriander leaves as required

Preparation
Boil potatoes and mash them. 
Add chaat masala to the slightly mashed green peas and corn. Mix well and keep aside
To the boiled and mashed potatoes, add the onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt. Mix it well
Pinch out a little and shape it into a round ball. Flatten it out a little and put the filling at the centre. Shape it into a round patty and press with your palm
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Cook the patty till it becomes golden brown on both sides
Potato patties can be served with pudina chutney
