Love pasta but it's too hot out there to go for a steaming bowl of it? Have it chilled! A cooling pasta salad that's best suited to warm your palate this summer.
Ingredients
1 cup pasta
½ cup onion, sliced fine
¼ cup celery, chopped
1 sun-dried tomato, chopped fine
1 carrot, chopped fine
Dressing
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar/red vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, as required
2 tbsp honey
Preparation
Boil the pasta and drain
Mix onion, tomato and carrot slices to the pasta
Prepare the dressing and pour over it
Garnish with chopped celery and serve
