Ingredients
2 cups of rice flour
½ cup grated coconut
½ tsp cumin, crushed
Salt as required
Water as required
Preparation
Mix rice flour with coconut and cumin
Pour water and mix well
Knead the mix to form a dough
Press this dough on palm in a medium thickness to the size of a large poori
Cook it on a glazed tawa
Serve hot with omelette or honey
