Valentine's Day is just around the corner and the world has been fussing over all that is cute and red. Worried how to stand out in this frenzy? Sometimes its better to go the old fashioned way. Try out this classic chocolate mousse recipe to tell your better half that your love lasts forever.

Ingredients
2 tbsp cocoa powder
60 gm bittersweet chocolate
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup whipping cream
4 egg yolks
Cashew nuts for garnishing

Preparation
Place a mixing bowl over boiling water for double boiling
Add egg yolks and sugar to the bowl
Whisk until the sugar is dissolved
Add chopped chocolate pieces, stir well
Add cocoa powder to it
Turn off the stove
Mix well
Make sure there are no lumps
In another bowl, beat whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks
Fold the whipping cream into the chocolate mixture (1/3rd of the cream at a time)
Transfer the chocolate mousse into serving glasses
refrigerate it for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight
Garnish with cashew nuts and chocolate scrapings before serving
