Ingredients
For the cake:

1 tsp fine coffee powder

½ cup hot water
3.
1 cup maida
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup powdered sugar

1 egg
½ cup yogurt
¼ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
For icing:

50 gm milk chocolate/dark chocolate

1 tbsp butter (unsalted)
½ cup icing sugar

2 tbsp yogurt
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
Mix coffee powder in ¼ cup of hot water and set aside
Mix ingredient no 3 in a bowl and blend until combined
Add in ingredient no 4
Add the coffee and beat the mixture in a blender to a smooth consistency.
Pour the mix into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Transfer the baked dish to a plate once it has cooled down
Coat with icing only after it is completely cooled down
To get the icing ready, melt the chocolate using double boiling method or microwaving for 1 minute
Add in the icing sugar and unsalted butter, beat well
Pour in melted chocolate and yogurt, whip thoroughly
Pour the icing mix over the cake and level it out with a flat spoon or a knife
Decorate and serve
