Tasty pepper chicken roast could be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients
½ kg chicken
1 ½ tbsp peppercorns
1 cup water
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 onions
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp garlic
Coriander leaves
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tomato
Salt as required
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ cup water
3 sprigs curry leaves
½ tsp sugar

Preparation
Boil the peppercorns for 10 minutes in 1 cup water
After the peppercorns have cooled down, grind them with fennel seeds
Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil and sauté onion and ginger-garlic paste
Sauté until the raw smell of it is gone
Now add ground coriander leaves
Add the pepper-fenugreek paste
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on
Into it add the tomatoes and sauté until they turn mushy
Add the chicken pieces, turmeric powder, garam masala, curry leaves and salt
Mix well and cook for at least 20 minutes with the lid on
Turn off the flame
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and some curry leaves
Serve the pepper chicken roast after 30 minutes
Add ½ tsp sugar if the spiciness from the pepper is overpowering.
