Try this recipe of moru curry or spiced butter milk which can be prepared in just 5 minutes and tastes fabulous with rice.

Ingredients
2 cups curd
1 shallot
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp cumin
¼ cup grated coconut
1 green chilli
½ tbsp oil
Salt as required
For the tempering
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 shallots
2 dried chillies

Curry leaves as required

Preparation
Grind the grated coconut with cumin, green chillies, turmeric powder, shallots and ½ cup curd
Add the remaining curd and ½ cup water
Blend well
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds
Roast the dried chillies and shallots
Turn off the flame and allow the pan to cool down
Pour the blended curd mix into it
Add salt as required
Keep stirring; make sure to keep the flame on simmer
Turn off the flame after a minute
Delicious moru curry is ready.
