Ingredients
1 liter milk
¾ cup sugar
1 cup ripe mango (chopped)

Preparation
Boil the milk until it reduces
Add the sugar and mix well
After the sugar has dissolved completely, turn off the flame 
Allow the milk to cool down
Transfer the milk into a mixer jar
Blend well
Into it add the mango pieces
Blend well so that lumps are not formed
Transfer this mix into a container with a lid and remove the air bubbles
Seal the mouth of the container using a piece of cloth or aluminum sheet before closing the lid
Pop it in the fridge for at least 4 hours
Blend this again and transfer into the container after removing the air bubbles
Keep the ice cream in the freezer for at least 8-12 hours to set.
