Masala Varma is a portmanteau of masala dosa and shawarma and has already captured the imagination of foodies. The Indian flavours of the iconic masala dosa is combined with the Arabic shawarma in this fusion dish. ‘Karikku’ introduced this dish as a unique item that is served with mayonnaise chutney and hummus sambar in the side and a dash of love too.
