The short video of macaroni pasta cooked in a blue-coloured energy drink has grabbed over 5.6 million views on social media. Pasta is a classic Italian dish, which is usually cooked in creamy white sauce or spicy red sauce.
Justin Flom, an American magician, has shared the video of his friend cooking this strange dish. Justin’s friend, however, didn’t stop with just the pasta but he made the blue pasta sauce too in the same drink. Sharing the video Justin wrote, “You will never eat pasta the same way again”.
The video became viral partly due to the bizarre recipe and partly due to the incredible popularity enjoyed by pasta all over the world. The man boils the blue drink in a pot and cooks the pasta in it. A little bit of salt and olive oil is added and the pasta is cooked al dente.
While some people were horrified by the strange pasta creation, others appreciated the man for trying something unique. Meanwhile, some users wrote that they have stopped eating pasta after watching this video.
