Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar is a self-confessed foodie who enjoys trying out diffident dishes and cuisines. Interestingly, vada pav which is one of the most iconic street foods in Mumbai is Sachin's favourite too. The veteran cricketer has expressed his love for the humble vada pav in a recent Instagram post.

However, the fans were thrilled to spot an unexpected visitor in the photograph who is seen as keenly observing Sachin as he prepares the vada pav. A cat, with a curious expression on its face, could be seen watching Sachin in one of the pictures that the cricketer has posted. Meanwhile, Sachin's former teammate and noted spinner Harbajan Singh commented that the legendary cricketer should prepare vada pav for him as well.

It is not the first time that Sachin has tried his hands at cooking during the lockdown period. He surprised everyone in May when he prepared a special mango kulfi to celebrate his 25th wedding anniversary. He had shared its video on his Instagram page, garnering millions of likes. Besides, Sachin had also shared the recipe of his mango kulfi for his fans.

Last week, Sachin had shared a throwback picture in which he is seen babysitting his son Arjun. Sachin Tendulkar, who is hailed as one of the best players in the history of the game, began his career in 1989. He retired, 24 years later, in 2013. He also holds the record for scoring highest runs in both test cricket and one days. Sachin is the only player who has achieved 100 international centuries in his career.
