Soy meat balls or chunks, which are excellent source of protein, are a tasty alternative for meat dishes. Delicious soy meat roast, cooked with lots of love, by his mother is award winning actor Manikandan Achary's favourite dish. “Meat and fish dishes aren't usually cooked at our house as my mother is a vegetarian. However, she has a special talent to cook amazing vegetarian dishes that tastes exactly like non vegetarian dishes. Those dishes don’t look or taste as if they are cooked with vegetables. Fried eggplants and soy meat roast are my mother’s masterpieces. But it definitely is the mouth watering soy meat roast that makes me lose control at the dining table,” says Manikandan with a smile.
