Kochi: A group of lawyers based in Kochi, Kerala, have come up with a song, adding fervour to the festive spirit of Christmas. The song titled 'Nadurangum Neramiravil' has been written, composed and sung by lawyers who are colleagues at the Kerala High Court.

Advocate K M Rashmi, also a poet, penned the song which has been composed and sung by advocate Vipindas T K. Their colleagues, advocates Sabitha Nair, Simi Ranjith and Ranjith Narayanan have joined them in chorus. The lawyers made the song for a Christmas celebration in their office and later recorded it.

The song, with a video, was released on YouTube by Major Archbishop and Kerala Catholic Bishops Council President Cardinal Baselios Cleemis at a function held at the Kochi Pastoral Orientation Centre recently.

The song has been receiving positive responses ever since it was released. It has been praised for its melody and the beauty of the lyrics which have a nostalgic charm. The makers have also released a karaoke version of the song following the positive responses.
