The latest song 'Peelings' from 'Pushpa 2' featuring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna is out. While the song oozes energy, it is the initial Malayalam hook lines of the track that have caught people's fancy. The song has released in six languages- Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi and Bengali with the same hook lines.
Allu Arjun recently shared the translated version of the hook lines starting with 'Mallika Rannante Ambukala Kanmuna Thumbukalo' on his social media pages: “Are these karma deva's arrows or your eye arrows? Are these the first moon rays, or the butterfly smiles?
Are these the beautiful bunch of jasmine or your beautiful lips? Are these the beetles who are searching for honey or pieces of your enchanting desires?.”
The song has garnered mixed reactions on social media. While everyone praised Devi Sri Prasad's music and the songs lyrics by Chandrabose and Siju Thuravoor, the choreography has received some backlash, with people calling it 'vulgar'. Some people claimed that 'Peelings' felt more like an item song compared with 'Kissik', the recently released item number from the sequel.
'Pushpa: The Rule', is touted as the most anticipated release of 2024 and will hit theatres on December 5. The film is directed by Sukumar and features Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Sritej, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Priyamani, among others.
