TV presenter and actress Ranjini Haridas who is known for her unique anchoring style has opened up about battling a difficult phase in her life. In a video posted in Ranjini Haridas Vlogs, the anchor says she is unable to focus on anything in her life at the present moment. She also adds that she has begun to lose a sense of purpose.
“I am unable to focus on anything. I feel stressed, like I don't have any purpose in life. They say you should have an intention and destination. I don't have any of this,” she reveals. In the video, she adds that she also does not feel like returning to the house. “I just feel like travelling. I don't want to come home. Neither do I want to meet anyone I know. I want to stay alone, like it is crazy. Either I am having depression or going through mid-life crisis,” says the anchor, who can be seen along with a friend in the video.
“I have been reading on mid-life crisis and feel that I have all the symptoms. I am 40 now and the possibility of suffering from this situation is possible,” she says and adds that she feels she has achieved nothing in her life. “I know it's crazy. I am so blessed, we all are blessed but I don't know what is going on. I hope this new year is better,” she can be heard saying in the video.
