Mamitha Baiju returns to her school as chief guest, joins students in celebration

Mamitha Baiju recently visited her former school, NSS School, Kidangoor, in Kottayam, as the chief guest for its annual celebrations. She inaugurated the cultural programmes at the event and was warmly welcomed by the school authorities.
Once on stage, Mamitha seamlessly blended in with the students, joining them in dance and song, captivating the entire audience.
"May all the programmes be a grand success. I never expected to come here and speak like this, but standing here, I feel incredibly excited. Seeing all of you makes me miss my school days and my friends. I am deeply grateful to everyone," she shared.
Following the inauguration, Mamitha returned to Chennai for the shoot of the Tamil film 'Jananayagan', starring Vijay. Directed by H Vinoth, the political thriller features her in the role of Vijay’s sister.
Mamitha Baiju made her Malayalam film debut with 'Sarvopari Palakkaran' and later gained recognition through films like 'Kho Kho' and 'Super Sharanya'. However, it was her role in 'Premalu' that catapulted her to stardom across South India. During the film’s promotions, 'Baahubali' director SS Rajamouli praised Mamitha on a public platform, a moment of pride for her fans in Kerala.
