Actor and presenter Fara Shibla has criticized noted actor Honey Rose over filing a police complaint against leading businessman Boby Chemmanur and raised suspicions over her intentions.
Fara said that Honey Rose’s move does not seem to be entirely innocent, considering the latter’s previous actions of sharing her own videos shot at provocative and vulgar angles in order to shrewdly exploit the sexual poverty among men.

While Fara did not find fault with Honey Rose for taking part in inaugural functions of business establishment as a means of survival, she said that her other activities could prove to be a setback for the struggle against the tendency to sexualize women in the film industry.

“I do not justify cyberbullying of any kind. It is wrong to resort to vulgar language, body shaming and making comments hurting other people on social media. I extend my full support to the legal battle launched by Honey Rose against such acts,” said Fara.

“However, her statement that she accepts invitations for inaugural functions as she is a celebrity does not seem innocent. Honey Rose has intelligently exploited the sexual poverty prevailing in our state. What example does she set by sharing her own videos shot from vulgar angles?” asked Fara.
She said that it would be hard to find a person in Kerala who wasn’t shocked over Honey Rose’s videos.
Fara gained attention by enacting a major role in Asif Ali's 2019 movie 'Kakshi: Amminippilla' directed by Dinjith Ayyathan. She also appears as a presenter on television.
