For those awaiting a powerful performance by veteran actor Indrans after 'Home' should not miss out on 'Kanakarajyam', which made its OTT debut on Tuesday. The film, which also stars Murali Gopy and Leona Lishoy, follows two men who come from similar economical backgrounds, but with their own baggage. (Read review). Indrans plays Ramanandhan, a jewellery shop security guard, who is all set to be feted by his recruitment agency for being a dedicated worker. Murali Gopy who plays Venu, meanwhile, is neck-deep in debt. His problems are aggravated when he is forced to finance his sister-in-law's engagement. How the lives of Ramanandhan and Venu are intertwined, form the crux of the film, directed by Sagar Hari.

The movie, which hit theatres in July, has started streaming on Prime Video and Manorama Max. Kanakarajyam also features Athira Patel, Murali Gopy, Remya Suresh, Sreejith Ravi, Jolly Chirayath, James Eliya, Rajesh Sharma, Kottayam Ramesh, Dinesh Prabhakar, and Unni Raj among others in key roles.
