‘Katchi Sera’ sensation Sai Abhyankkar will be composing music for Suriya’s upcoming film, tentatively titled ‘Suriya 45’. On Monday, Dream Warrior Pictures, the production firm bankrolling the movie, announced that Sai would be part of the movie. The news has come as a surprise since A R Rahman had initially been part of the project. It also further fueled social media discussions regarding Rahman’s break from movies post is divorce announcement, though his family has denied the same.

Fans were eager to witness Suriya and Rahman’s collaboration after ‘24’, Sillunnu Oru Kaadhal’ and Yuva, which were huge hits musically. Suriya and director RJ Balaji are collaborating for the first time for 'Suriya 45'. This is Suriya’s latest project after ‘Kanguva’, which hit theatres last month. The movie opened to mixed responses from the public, who criticised the sound elements and lengthy sequences. Suriya has also reportedly signed up for ‘Benz’, which is directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan and presented by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
