Right from the movie was announced to it's release, the Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho managed to create a good hype. Made with a budget of Rs 350 crore, Saaho has been released in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.

And well yes, the movie has kicked off with a thunderous opening.

According to trade experts, Saaho has earned big on opening day. Here's the estmated collection from all three languages:

Telugu- Rs 35 crore

Tamil- Rs 18 crore in Tamil

Hindi- Rs 10 crore

Overall, Saaho is expected to earn around Rs 60-70 crore in all languages. The film is all set to break several box office records on the first day itself including that of Avengers Endgame's first day collection. Reportedly, the collection in the North was less due to the late arrival of the prints and the morning shows were cancelled at many centres.

Though Saaho managed to record a grand opening, it failed to beat the records of Baahubali 2. Here are the top highest grossing movies on day 1:

Baahubali: The Conclusion - Rs 122 crore

2.0 - Rs 80 crore

Avengers Endgame - Rs 53 crore

Thugs of Hindostan - Rs 52.25 crore

Happy New Year - 44.97 crore

Bharat - Rs 42.30 crore

Directed by Sujeeth, Onmanorama reviewed that the film is an action thriller, which features a lot of twists and high-octane action sequences.
