New face to be Kunchacko's heroine in 'Thattumpurath Achuthan'

Filmmaker Lal Jose who has introduced many leading ladies to Mollywood will introduce yet another fresh face with his forthcoming movie 'Thattumpurath Achuthan' starring Kunchacko Boban in the lead role. The new face Sravana who is all set to make her grand debut, in fact, has cinema in her genes. She is the daughter of director Babu Narayanan.

Sravana, who is a first-year MA Literature student at the Sahrudaya College, Kodakara, is also a good singer.

Jose, who inaugurated an event conducted by the Pisharody community in Kochi, happened to see Sravana who appeared in a dance performance that day. The director had then called Babu before the former began the filming of his new movie.

The screenplay of the movie is penned by Sindhuraj. This would be the fourth time that Jose and Sindhuraj has collaborated for a project. Meanwhile, with 'Thattinpurathu Achutan', Kunchacko Boban would be teaming up with the superhit director– screenwriter duo for the third time.

The movie is bankrolled by Shebin Backer. The filming of the movie has already begun at the location in Thrissur. Besides Boban and Sravana, Nedumudi Venu, Vijayaraghavan, Kalabhavan Shajon, Hareesh Kanaran, Johny Antony, Subeesh, Thara Kalyan, Seema G Nair and Bindu Panicker play pivotal roles in the movie. The songs written by Anil Panachooran are composed by Deepankuran. Roby Raj wields the camera, while Ranjan Abraham is the editor.
