CBSE class 10 board exam results declared, 47k secure over 95% | How to check

 New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the results for the Class 10 exam on Monday. 93.60 per cent students cleared the examination. Girls outshone boys by 2.04 percentage points with 94.75 per cent pass percentage.

More than 47,000 students have scored above 95 per cent marks and more than 2.12 lakh above 90 per cent. More than 1.32 lakh students were placed in 'compartment', a marginal decrease since last year.

To check the result, students need to provide their roll number and date of birth. Besides the official CBSE website, results can also be obtained via SMS, IVRS, and DigiLocker.

Once the results are declared, students can find them on results.cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. Additionally, they can check their results on DigiLocker and UMANG apps by providing their roll number, school number, admit card ID, and date of birth.

How to get the results:

  • Visit the official CBSE website (results.cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in)
  • Click on the 'Senior School Certificate Examination (Class X) Results 2024' links (There are 3 links available. Use whichever you can access first)   
  • Enter your  Roll Number, School No and Admit Card ID and click submit.
  • The Class 10 results will now be displayed.
  • Review the result and download the page or take a screenshot for your records.

  • Open the UMANG app or website
  • Tap the 'Class X Results' button on the homepage
  • Enter your 'Roll Number' and 'School Number'
  • Press 'Submit'
