Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent visit to France in order to deepen ties with the country's closest partners in Europe turned out favourable for Indian students. Speaking to the Indian community at La Seine Musicale in Paris, Modi announced France's decision to permit a five-year long-term post-study visa to Indian students pursuing a Master's in their country.
