The National Academy of Defence Production (NADP) has invited applications for the 2023-25 programmes for Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).The last date of receiving the applications is on March 15, 2023.

NADP is a premier training institute set up in 1978 under the Ministry of Defence to impart training to officers of the Indian Ordnance Factories Service. The focus of the course syllabus will be on the emerging field of Defence Production.

The application fee is Rs 100. Selected candidates have to stay at the campus itself till the completion of the course.

Eligibility, course fees

Candidates having three years' Bachelor’s degree in any stream with at least 50 % marks (45% for reserved category) can apply. There is no age restriction. Sponsored candidates, including Service Officers of the Indian Armed Forces, Officers of Central/State Government departments/Public Sector Undertakings, and executives from the Private sector should have a minimum of five years of experience.

The course fee for the two-year programme comes to around Rs 10 lakh, including hostel fees and food expenses. The selection weightage is determined as follows:

• Valid CAT score or that obtained in a test to be conducted at Nagpur on April 2 by NADP for candidates not having CAT score: 40%

• Marks obtained in Class 10, 12, Degree, Post-Graduate Degree: 20%

• Group Discussion/Interview (to be held from April 24 to 28 at Nagpur): 30%

• Sports, extracurricular activities, academic diversity, and gender diversity: 10 %
