After wandering about in the sylvan efflorescence of Thekkady, the bloggers were at Munnar, up the winding roads, amidst the beautiful tea plantations.

— Kerala Tourism (@KeralaTourism) March 10, 2015 A tribute to the legendary tea plantations and the tea industry that flourished in the hill range of Kerala, is the tea museum opened by Tata Tea. For the love of tea, this place saves up interesting pictures and machineries, from each of those points that marked the tea industry making fresh waves in Kerala. The bloggers spotted things of antiquity and wonder, like include the original tea roller, the 'Rotorvane,' dating back to 1905, used for CTC type tea processing; the 'Pelton Wheel' used in the power generation plant that existed in the Kanniamallay Estate in the 1920s; a rail engine wheel of the Kundale Valley Light Railway that shuttled men and material between Munnar and Top Station during the first half of the last century, and many more.

They seem to have been mighty impressed with calm waters of Kerala, for many of them have been posting innumerable pictures of their new-found waterborne adventures!

— Kerala Tourism (@KeralaTourism) March 8, 2015 They were at the Periyar Tiger Reserve for the day before heading to Munnar. The wilderness and the water made a deadly combo as the writer's group took a boat ride through the reserve watching out for tigers, bisons and other inhabitants of the land.

Trying to get a feel of everything being their motto, they didn't miss a chance to try and get more whacky with their idea of fun! Watch one of the bloggers scrubbing one of the gentle giants clean! And while the fun continued, 'the green geekette' kept up with her very different worldview of things, be it showcasing a 'tuk tuk', the serene backwaters or beauty around the Periyar wildlife sanctuary!
