Active Planet: A variety play park for kids in Kozhikode

Planning to gift your kids a fun weekend? If you are in or around Kozhikode, you can head to a new space for amusement, newly opened in Kuttiady.

A 10-acre play park, featuring 40 odd free-style rides, food trucks and courts, amphi theatre and vertical garden have opened here in Kozhikode.

The park also boasts of more than one thousand trees, 2.3 lakh plants, more than fifty thousand flower pots and more. According to Nissar Abdulla, the founder and MD of the park, Active Planet aims to motivate those who are stuck in offices and homes to come out and enjoy the beauty of nature and some amazing moments in its scintillating atmosphere.

The park has been built at a prime spot, atop a hill, that offer amazing panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Entertainment and leisure activities for children from ages five to fourteen have been arranged here.

Entry fee
The park offers free entry for the age groups of 0 to 4 and above 75.The entry fees for the rest of the age groups, from 9 am to 2 pm, are as follows:

Rs.200/- ( Age 18-65)
Rs.100/- ( Age 65-75)
The following rates are charged from 4 pm to 9 pm:

Rs.100/- ( Age 65-75)
