Noted vocalist Amrutha Suresh and her partner music composer Gopi Sundar are enjoying a colourful holiday in exotic Pattaya, known as the ‘Las Vegas’ in Thailand. Both have been posting lots of amazing pics from their trip to Pattaya.
Amrutha believes that the knowledge that one gains through travelling is eternal. She loves visiting various places to gain incredible knowledge and amazing memories. For her, travelling has become a part of her life. She enjoys travelling with her sister Abhirami and daughter as much as she loves solo trips. Interestingly, Amrutha began travelling more, ever since Gopi Sundar came into her life. Lately, the couple have been travelling extensively inside and outside India.
Perfect Pattaya
Amrutha has been sharing pics from her trip as ‘Pattaya diaries’. Thailand is a beautiful destination which can be visited without burning a hole in the pocket. Pattaya, meanwhile, is one of the mostly visited places in Thailand. This beach city with lots of luxury resorts is 150 kilometres away from the capital city of Bangkok.
This vibrant city is known for its famous Thai massage and other therapeutic treatments, incredible floating markets, amazing villages and dance bars where you could enjoy till morning. Pattaya has suffered huge losses due to the pandemic and the subsequent lockdown. However, the resort town is now in the path of revival, welcoming millions of tourists from around the globe. Besides the famed nightlife, a renewed Pattaya now has beautifies beaches and a family friendly atmosphere to lure all kinds of visitors.
You could try your hands in adventure activities like windsurfing, water skiing, snorkelling, bungee jumping, cycling, sky diving, go-karting and Muay Thai (combat sport). Interestingly, Pattaya is a culinary paradise for foodies and street food lovers.
The iconic Wat Phra Yai Buddha, the 18 meters tall Buddha situated at 100 metres above sea level, the four regions floating market, Jomtien beach, Nong Nooch tropical garden, the Min Siam museum where miniature models of internationally acclaimed buildings are exhibited, Chomphu wildlife park and Khao Chi Chan hill with an outline of Buddha etched using golden laser beam are some of the attractive features in Pattaya.
The best time to visit Pattaya is from November to February when it is not too hot or cold. This is the busiest tourist season when the pristine beaches of Pattaya would be filled with tourists from around the world.
