While BevQ's glitches and operational inconsistencies marred the first day of alcohol sale in Kerala, the shortage of stock at various bars in the state on Friday let many to deem their joy short-lived.
Baring the two days required for cleaning purposes, everything is in place for their opening. A final decision will be taken after consultation with the state government, the minister added.
