Three Keralites have made it to the Indian team for the Under-20 World Athletics Championships to be held at Tampere, Finland, from July 10 to 15.

Long jumper M Sreeshankar and sprinters Jisna Mathew (400m, 4x400m relay) and P S Saneesh (4x400m) are part of the 31-member Indian squad led by rising star Hima Das from Assam.

Sreesankar hails from Palakkad, while Kannur native Jisna is sprint legend P T Usha's ward. Saneesh hails from Kottyam and undergoes training at SAI, Thiruvananthapuram.
