Bhubaneswar: Odisha FC thumped Kickstart FC 6-0 to emerge champions in the Indian Women's League (IWL) here on Sunday.

The home side, knowing very well that a victory will seal the title, took a commanding 3-0 lead at the half-time break. They pumped in three more goals in the second half.

Lynda Kom scored a hat-trick for the winners, while Pyari netted a brace and Karthika too found the target.

Odisha ended up with 31 points from 12 matches. Gokulam Kerala FC, who thrashed East Bengal 5-1 in their final league match, finished second with 29 points. Kickstart took the third spot with 21 points.
