Kochi: One was killed and three sustained severe injuries in a collision involving a car and a lorry in Irumpanam during the early hours of Thursday. The accident occurred near the Irumpanam Bridge at around 4 am.

The car was travelling from Irumpanam towards Kakkanad while the lorry was transporting cement to Kottayam.
