The study was conducted in around 1,40,000 Australians. The doctors say that those who follow a protein rich diet need not worry about Dementia. Memory loss is one of the primary symptoms of dementia. Forgetting the names that are regularly used could be a symptom of memory loss. The doctors warn that heart-related ailments and hyper tension too may be the signs of dementia.
It has been found that one’s memories could be preserved for long by maintaining a healthy and well-balanced diet. The international journal for public health has published a study related to this. However, it doesn’t mean that one should eat only vegetables to maintain good memory. The memory would be improved if the portion of vegetables is increased in your diet. Besides, the general health of a person and genetic features too play a role in maintaining the memory power.

Make sure to include nutritious salads made with raw, half-cooked or steamed vegetables in your daily diet from middle age onwards.
