This Nedumbassery mansion is real stunner with its wowing design, luxury

Saheem’s futuristic mansion built in a 20 cents plot in the fast-developing city of Nedumbassery has been the talk of the town for its amazing designer elements. Architects Salahsha and Jefrin are credited for building such a fabulous abode that sprawls in 3500 sqft. The family wanted the elevation to stand out with its eye-catching designs and unique features. Out of the three designs showed to the family, they chose the contemporary futuristic pattern.

Projected spaces have been added to fight the harsh sun and the heavy monsoon rains. The triangular projected space on the elevation grants a splendid look while effectively blocking the sunrays.

The elevation dons a classy beige dark hue. Meanwhile, GI grill, tiles and glass have been lavishly used on the elevation to add multiple textures. Cobble stones and stone pavers make the front yard look clean and well-maintained.

This grand mansion has a car porch, sit-out, formal and family living areas, dining space, kitchen, courtyard, prayer space and two bath attached bedrooms on the ground floor. Meanwhile, the upper floor has a spacious living area and two more bedrooms.

The sit-out with glass roofing is built towards the side of the elevation. Meanwhile, the eight-foot-long main door crafted in exquisite teak wood exudes grandeur and sophistication. This door opens to the elegantly furnished formal living area where a customised long single-unit furniture grabs attention. One side of the formal living area has a glass wall to enjoy the serene views from the garden.

A sliding glass door in the formal living area opens to the courtyard which is a charming spot of greenery. You could enter the prayer area and the utility space from this courtyard.

Vitrified tiles have been mostly used for the flooring in this house. Meanwhile, the interiors are designed in the open theme to make the spaces look vaster. The family living area and the open kitchen are closer to the spacious dining area. A breakfast counter, crockery units and a working kitchen complete the kitchen space.

The staircase done in steel structure has teak wood panelling to match the aesthetics of the house. Meanwhile, the wash area and a common bathroom are arranged beneath the staircase.

The bedrooms are spacious with wardrobes for storage. A TV unit is installed in the upper living area making it a cosy spot. The glass bridge here is an interesting addition. The construction of this spectacular mansion, including the structure, landscape and interiors, was completed on a budget of a whopping Rs 1.2 crore.
