The Tamil actor-director Bala, who works predominantly in Malayalam and Tamil films has always been close to the Malayali audience and often grabs the limelight for personal as well as professional reasons. The actor recently shared a video, which showcases a beautiful house that is currently creating a buzz on social media.

Bala is seen with his wife, Kokila, in the video, which he shared with a tag to photographer Shalu Peyad. He captioned the video, "I shall come back as your big B Bala. Thanks to Shalu K George greatest creator. And Shalu Peyad my brother cinematography. I left Kochi but I believe I shall still stay in your heart."
Photographer Shalu Peyad told Manorama Online that Bala purchased the house as a residence for himself and his wife and as a location to shoot an upcoming film he will be directing.

"Bala Chettan has built a house in Vaikom. Kokila and Bala Chettan are going to live there. Bala is directing a small film. The house provides space for shooting and a place to stay. As far as I know, the plan is to shoot the entire film there. The house is situated near the lake, away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by plants and trees. It's a very beautiful house. Bala Chettan had asked me to take photos and videos of the house. The video he posted was the one I took," Shalu Peyad explained.

After facing numerous controversies regarding his marriages and his fourth marriage, actor Bala had previously announced that he was leaving Kerala. However, for now, he has only moved from Kochi to Vaikom. Fans expressed their admiration for the beautiful new house and wished him well a good start.

Born into a family rooted in the Tamil film industry Bala Kumar made his film debut through the Telugu movie '2 Much'. 'Ennu Ninte Moideen', 'Pulimurugan', 'Lucifer' were some of the big-budget movies, in which he played prominent roles. 'Bad Boys,' released in September this year is his latest Malayalam release.
