Architect Riyas of the Indigo Arkitects had designed this beautiful house by catering to the likes and preferences of the family members.
The house stands regally in a vast plot surrounded by tall coconut palms. Sloped roof in multiple layers add classy elegance to the exteriors. Shingles are paved on these roofs.
This grand house, designed in 10,000 sq ft, has car porches, formal and family living areas, courtyard, dining space, kitchen with an adjacent work area, five bedrooms, home theatre and a gym as well. The structure has been designed by leaving space in the front, so that the majestic beauty of the exteriors could be enjoyed in all its glory. Natural stones are paved on the drive way. There are two car porches make enough room to park the vehicles of the guests who visit the family.
The interiors are designed in the open style, with the spaces interconnected. The royal charm of the wooden décor makes the spaces stand out. The elegant furniture pieces are custom made to suit the general theme of the house. The false ceiling in gypsum – teak finish is enhanced with warm toned lighting.
The formal living area is arranged by ensuring enough privacy. A family living space too is arranged as part of the main hall where the family members love to gather.
The roof above the stair area is designed in double height. The courtyard below the stairway is paved with artificial grass. The skylight on the roof here welcomes natural sun shine into the interiors.
