Rasheed Puthuserry, a native of Nattika, a beautiful village in Thrissur, had a big dreams when he decided to build a house there. He diligently researched about various designs and architectural styles, for about three years, before constructing his dream dwelling. Rasheed is someone who travels quite a lot. He was charmed by the stunning interiors of many luxury hotels and homes outside and within the country. He says that all these factors have influenced greatly while designing his classy and magnificent house.

The long, yet narrow plot was the biggest challenge while designing the house. However, a regal house, which perfectly suits the unique structure of the plot, was designed, without compromising on the modern facilities. A long walkway lined with trees leads to this luxury house. The beautifully done landscaping enhances the splendid charm of the house. A spectacle of luxurious sights and stunning decor are unraveled as soon as one enters the house.

The interior spaces, brimming with luxury, is the highlight of this house. There is a beautiful formal living space, dining area, kitchen and five bedrooms in this house which has an area of 6700 sq ft. The corridors which connect the spaces are a unique feature in the interiors.

All the main spaces lead to well-designed patios which offer charming sights of the greenery outside. The multiple skylights, courtyards and pergolas ensure that there is abundant supply of pleasant sun light and fresh air inside the house. The regal charm of the Italian marbles could be seen on the floors at all the main areas. The furniture and lights, in unique designs and shapes, are all imported. The false ceiling and lights in warm tone fills the interiors with a distinctive golden hue.

The main courtyard is close to the foyer in the front. A smaller version of this pebble paved courtyard is arranged beneath the stairway as well. The family living area and the kitchen are designed in the open style. A working kitchen too has been arranged here as per the demands of the family.

The five bedrooms in the house are designed in unique themes. The master bedroom has all the luxuries and fineries of a suite at a swanky five star hotel. Full length wardrobe, in – built dressing area, stunning bathrooms with courtyards are some of the splendors that could be seen in the bedrooms.

A home theater equipped with modern acoustic technology has been arranged on the upper floor. The mesmerizing house has now become the star of Nattika, for its chic design and luxurious interiors. The owner says that there has been an inflow of visitors who are eager to experience the grandeur of his house. He adds that he feels extremely proud when they congratulate him on building such a fabulous dream dwelling.
