The custom-made furniture in white theme adds to the elegance of this luxury house. Glass windows and the jali partition secure the privacy of the tastefully done family living space. The courtyard at the center of the house is another eye catching feature of the edifice.

There is a wooden deck here to enjoy the beautiful expanse of nature outside. There is a small garden too in here. A beautiful swinging cot is hung on one side of the courtyard. The pergola on the ceiling lets in ample natural light into the house.

The stairway, including the railings, separating either side at the first landing is crafted in teak wood. The wall here is highlighted by giving it a red hue. The railings are extended to the entire upper storey. The gypsum false ceiling and warm color tones enhance the pleasant nature of the interiors.

The 12-seater glass topped dining table and the nearby crockery unit make up the dining area. Korean stones are used in the modular kitchen which has all the modern facilities. There is a working kitchen and a work area adjacent to the main kitchenette.

All the six bedrooms are spacious and let in enough air and natural light. The bedrooms are bath attached and have built-in wardrobes, dressing space, as well as study tables.
