Love oranges aka tangerine? A Nagpur special orange barfi has been doing rounds on social media impressing dessert lovers, who have been promoting it as a showstopper confectionary. A perfect blend of coconut, khoa aka milk solids, orange pulp, and sugar, it's an unbelievably moist and yummy delight. Omkar Pawar, who showcased it on his page, says the barfi can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 15 days. Here's how to prepare it:

Ingredients
750 gms orange pulp
50 gms sugar
100 gms desiccated coconut
Orange food colour (optional)
250 gms milk solids aka khoa
Silver vark

Preparation
Peel all oranges, remove the skin and seeds
Place the extracted pulp into a pan and cook it, adding sugar
Food colour, if needed, can be added at this point
Add desiccated coconut and orange zest
Add milk solids aka khoa, allow the mix to blend, and cook well
Once cooked, transfer into a try and spread evenly
Top it with the silver vark
Let it set for at least four hours, before cutting it into desired shapes to serve
