Ingredients
2 cups of ripened papaya (grated)
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation
Cook the papaya for three minutes in steam or in a pan
Add the sugar and stir well for some time
As the mix gets into a sticking consistency, add the lemon juice and make them into small balls.
