All you have to do is ensure the ingredients are healthy and are of reasonable portion sizes. They can be made with a variety of items but here, we offer you the recipe of an oats-milk-date smoothie mixed with a couple of other items as well.

Ingredients
3 tbsp oats
1 glass milk
4 cashews
2 dates
1 banana
1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation
Soak the oats in ¾ cups water
Keep this in the fridge overnight
Soak the cashews too
In the morning, the soaked oats would be thick
Transfer this into a mixer jar
Add some water too
Add the dates, banana, soaked cashews, chia seeds and milk
Blend well
You could add apples instead of bananas
