If you like olives, you can try preparing this Arabic-style salad named Zaitun Salata, which is rich in black and green olives, dill, lettuce and parsley leaves, pomegranate and more. Not only is it easy to put together, but is also super delicious and can make you love healthy food. Here's the recipe:

Ingredients
100 gms black olives
100 gms green olives
40 gms sliced white onion
5 gms roughly chopped leaves
20 gms red capsicum cubes
15 gms yellow capsicum cubes
10 gms chopped lettuce
10 gms pomegranate seeds
5 gms chopped parsley
For dressing
20 ml olive oil
2 gms sumac powder (a spice)
5 gms paprika powder
3 gms chopped dill leaves
4 gms chopped garlic
5 ml lime juice
3 gms white pepper
Salt to taste

Preparation
Prepare the dressing
Mix all the salad ingredients together, gently, with the dressing
Arrange in a salad bowl and serve
