Ingredients
Ivy gourd (washed and split into four pieces)
Ginger
Garlic
Green chilies
½ onion
Curry leaves
2 tamarind bulbs
Coconut oil
Turmeric powder
Salt as required
Grated coconut
Boneless chicken
For the marinade
Ginger
Garlic
Green chili
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt as required
Turmeric powder

Preparation
Mix the ivy gourd pieces with ginger, garlic, green chilies, onion, tamarind, coconut oil, turmeric powder, salt, and grated coconut
Meanwhile, marinate the boneless chicken with crushed ginger, garlic, green chili, pepper, salt, and turmeric powder
Keep the chicken aside for at least ten minutes
Cook the marinated chicken in an earthen vessel
Add the ivy gourd mix when the chicken releases broth
Mix well
Allow the ivy gourd mixture to cook well
Turn off the flame before sprinkling some coconut oil and curry leaves
Chicken and ivy gourd stir fry tastes best with hot rice.
