'Bland and boring' is a comment often made by kids, when they are asked to eat vegetables. Parent talks on 'nutrition required to grow up fast' hardly get today's intelligent children interested in veggies. So, the trick is to present them in an appetising and clever manner so that they can't say no to vegetarian dishes. 

Here's the recipe for such a dish – veg balls. It's yummy to start with and snack-like to look at  and above all, packed with nutrients and vitamins. Ingredients
3 medium sized potatoes (boiled)
1 cup bell pepper
1 cup carrot
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt as required
Oil to fry

Preparation
Into mashed potatoes add carrot, bell pepper, onion, mozzarella cheese and coriander powder
Mix well
Make small balls from the mixture
Roll them in bread crumbs
Fry the balls in hot oil
Enjoy tasty and crunchy veg balls with tomato ketchup.
