Ingredients
200 gm green spinach or palak
20 gm coriander leaves
40 gm ghee
20 gm turmeric powder
20 gm chilli powder
20 gm coriander powder
300 gm paneer
50 ml fresh cream
3 gm dried fenugreek leaves
Oil
Ginger
Garlic
Green chillies
Tomatoes
Onion
Salt

Preparation
Heat oil in a pan
Sauté ginger, garlic, green chillies and onions
Add tomatoes when they become softer
Now add the spinach and coriander leaves
Sauté for a few minutes; make sure not to overcook these as the greens may lose colour
After these have cooled down, blend in a mixer jar
Heat ghee in a pan
Add cardamom pod, some cumin, cinnamon, fennel,
Roast for a few seconds
Into it add coriander powder, turmeric powder and chilli powder
Sauté until the raw smell is gone
Add this into the palak paste
Cook well
Now add the paneer cubes
Allow the paneer to cook in the green gravy
Finally add some fresh cream
Taste for seasoning and finish it off with some butter and dried fenugreek leaves
Tasty Hyderabadi palak paneer is ready!
