Looking for a replacement for your daily caffeine dose? Try out this coriander coffee. Here is how to prepare delicious and refreshing coffee without using coffee beans.
Ingredients
½ kg coriander seeds
½ kg sugar
Water as required
Milk as required
Preparation
Toast the coriander seeds
Add the sugar
Cook it until the sugar granules melt
Turn off the flame when the caramel turns brown and gooey
Allow this mixture to cool
This will later harden into a block
Break this sugar block and put them in a mixer jar
Grind into fine powder
This powder looks exactly like regular coffee powder
Boil water
When the water begins to bubble up, add this coriander-sugar powder
You could also add milk if required
It is a healthy drink that doesn’t have the disadvantages of real coffee
Store this powder in an air tight glass container.
