Spicy and crunchy peanut masala could be easily prepared at home. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients
2 cups raw peanuts
1 tsp garlic paste
½ cup gram flour
¼ cup rice flour
2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp asafetida powder
½ tsp fennel powder
Curry leaves
Salt
Coconut oil
Water as required

Preparation
Wash the raw peanuts and drain them
Marinate with salt, garlic paste and turmeric powder
Into it add the gram flour, rice flour, Kashmiri chili powder, ½ tsp chili powder, asafetida powder, fennel powder and curry leaves
Sprinkle water and mix slowly using a spoon
Heat coconut oil in a pan
Fry some curry leaves
Set them aside to be used later
Now fry the marinated peanuts on medium flame
Add the fried curry leaves and ½ tsp chili powder on top of the fried peanuts
Mix well
Enjoy the masala peanuts with hot black tea.
