Ingredients
Chicken (cut into small pieces)
Microgreens as required
1 medium sized onion (chopped)
3 -4 garlic cloves (chopped)
½ - ¾ tsp butter
Salt as required
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp corn flour
Sprouted green grams

Preparation
Heat a pan
Add garlic, onion and salt
Sauté well
Add the chicken, pepper and 1 ½ glasses water
Cook with the lid on
Meanwhile, prepare the corn slurry by mixing corn flour in some water
When the chicken pieces are cooked, add the sprouted green grams and the corn slurry
Mix well until the soup thickens
Add the microgreens and the butter
Cook for two more minutes
Heathy microgreen chicken soup is ready.
