Ingredients
1 cup oats
½ cup grated coconut
Salt as required
¼ cup water
Preparation
Grind the oats in a mixer jar
Mix salt as required
Add water gradually and mix into puttu powder
Keep aside for 5 minutes
Now, grind the powder on small pulses in a mixer
Add the powder into the puttu kutti (cylindrical steamer) with some grated coconut
Cook in steam
Healthy oats puttu is ready.
